Aura
It answers, books and works for you
Aura is not a chatbot with canned answers. It understands what people ask, checks your business's real systems and acts: looks at your calendar and books the appointment, finds a client in your CRM, reads the inbox. Under your brand and on your number.
The one answering is Aura. It will tell you so in its first message.
Pick your business and watch what happens
On the left, what your client sees on their WhatsApp. On the right, what happens in your panel at the same time. Without you doing anything.
Yes: tomorrow at 10:00, 12:30 or 16:00. Which works best? 19:42
I'll send you a reminder the evening before. Anything else? 19:43
It was 19:42. The salon had been closed for two hours.
21:00 on Saturday is fully booked. I can do 20:15 or 22:30. Would either work? 13:10
And yes: we have a gluten-free menu. I'll flag it to the kitchen on the reservation. 13:11
Right in the middle of lunch service. Nobody picked up a phone.
We have an emergency slot free today at 11:15. Can you make it? 08:05
I'm flagging it to the team as an emergency so they're on it. If it gets worse before then, message me. 08:06
08:05. The clinic opened at 09:00.
A full service is €129 and includes oil, filters and a 30-point check. It takes half a morning. 21:20
Shall I hold it for you? I just need the plate. 21:21
21:20 on a Tuesday. The garage closed at 19:00.

It doesn't guess. It checks, then acts
The difference between a chatbot and an agent is in these four steps. A chatbot half-does the first three; none of them do the fourth.
-
01
It understands what people say
It doesn't hunt for keywords. "Any slots Thursday afternoon?" and "you free thurs after lunch?" are the same thing — and so are they with typos, as a voice note, or in another language.
-
02
It checks your real systems
It connects to your calendar, your catalogue and your CRM. When it says Thursday is free, it's because it looked at your calendar — not because it assumed.
-
03
It acts, it doesn't just reply
It books the appointment, adds the note for the kitchen, creates the client record. Reading is free; to create, change or send, it asks you first.
-
04
It tells you what matters
And only that. A booked manicure doesn't interrupt you. An emergency, a client asking for a human, or a big quote does — straight to your phone.
Your client sees your business. You see everything
What your client sees
- Your brand and your number. Not Cruslar: your business's assistant.
- A reply in seconds, whatever the hour, in their language.
- It says it's an AI in the first message, without being asked.
- And if they want a human, they get one. No pushing back.
What you see
- Every conversation in one panel, like a WhatsApp Web.
- Each client's record, filled in on its own from what they tell it.
- Appointments already in your calendar, not in a separate notebook.
- An alert on your phone when something genuinely needs a person.
You're still in charge. Always
Anyone doubting an AI agent is really doubting losing control. These four things are in the code, not in a brochure.
It says it's an AI
In the first message, and it offers to hand over to a person whenever you want.
It respects opt-outs
Anyone who asks not to be contacted stops being contacted. Immediately, no arguing.
It goes quiet when you step in
If someone on your team replies, Aura stops answering in that conversation until you hand it back.
It asks before touching anything
Reading is free. Creating, changing or sending gets asked first.
From €89 a month
Two things are billed separately and not by us, and it's worth knowing up front: Meta's fees for using the WhatsApp API, and AI usage. In practice, each conversation costs cents.
A custom project is quoted separately, because it depends on what has to be connected. And there we won't give a figure without looking at it first: that would be guesswork.
In one or two weeks
That's how long something simple takes to be up and running. Beyond that it depends on what's inside: securing a whole platform is not the same as connecting your website to a spreadsheet. We pin it down once we know what needs doing.
The best way to know what it's like is to talk to it
Message it on WhatsApp and ask whatever you like: what we do, what yours would cost, or how you'd handle your own client messages. If it fits, it will book a call with the team itself.
We've spent five years building marketing and technology for businesses that grow. Aura is what we do with all of it at once — and we'll tell you honestly whether it's for you or not.
You're talking to an AI. If you'd rather have a person, just say so.
